With a diverse career spanning roles as an elementary school teacher, fundraiser, campaign manager, college administrator, foundation program officer, independent consultant, executive coach, nonprofit program manager, and licensed realtor, Susanna brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice.

Inspired by the inclusive community fostered by Milly Tamati at Generalist World, Susanna found her calling in coaching. Encouraged by peers to turn her informal support into a professional endeavor, she embraced coaching wholeheartedly.
